HELPFUL INFORMATION
Arrival Time - 20 minutes prior to your appointment.
Age Restriction - Guest must be 16 years old or older.
Alcohol - is not recommended before or after treatment.
Pregnancy - Please alert staff when arranging appointment. You may want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and hydrotherapy treatments involving heat and other elements. (Allowed only in the second and third trimester)
Grautuities - No gratuity is added to your bill, however, quality services are customarily acknowledged with a gratuity of 20%
Cancellation Policies - If cancellation happens within 24 hours, guest will be charged 50% of the total cost. No shows will be charged 100% of services.
Attire - The Maui robe & slippers provided are the customary attire to wear around the Maui. For your comfort, swimsuits may be worn during your visit to the Hana Room.
Rental of Rooftop Lanai - Rental is available for events and parties starting at $150.
