Copper Soak Tubs
Research shows that copper helps to restore movement of the body's joints and connective tissue and is an effective anti-inflammatory remedy for rheumatism, arthritis, osteoporosis, tendonitis and sports injuries. The hypothesis is that copper is absorbed through the skin and chelated to another compound that exerts and anti-inflammatory action. Copper is also known to have bacteria-killing properties.
Plain or with your choice of aroma
Dead Sea mineral mud (to cleanse)
Himalayan mineral salt (to re-mineralize)
Oils: Juniper (muscle soother), Lavender (balancing), Wild Flower (calming).
Milk: Mango, Coconut or honey/coconut (to relax).
